Immersed system with an in-roller motor

The system is driven into the pool, the stainless steel tube is kept in place by two flanges fixed into the pool walls. To open & close the cover, a motor is used, it is placed inside the tube and the cable passes through pool wall (using a cable sleeve). The cover is operated by simply pushing a button, it stops automatically (end position adjustments).

Immersed system with an external motor

With this system, the tube is also immersed into the pool, it is fastened on one side by a stainless steel flange and on the other side by cable sleeve (with roll bearings), providing a long-term protection against wear. The external motor is placed into a dry pit close to the pool (ideally ventilated & equipped by a vacuum pump in order to avoid any damage in case of humidity or flooding). The cover is operated by simply pushing a button, it stops automatically (end position adjustments).

With this drive mechanism, you can go for a standard external motor or choose the hybrid motor which is waterproof. We recommend the second option in the case that the dry pit might be under water.

Immersed system with side plates

With this system, the tube is immersed into the pool, it is fastened by two stainless steel side plates that are placed under pool surrounds. On motor side, the side plate is equipped with a cable tray that goes along the pool wall. To open & close the cover, a motor is used, it is placed into the stainless steel tube (tubular motor). The cover is operated by simply pushing a button, it stops automatically (end position adjustments).
